Whew! It's been a busy spring!

We decided earlier this year our family was ready for one more big adventure. We spent the past 5 years exploring the beaches of Florida and making some wonderful family friends. Our family vacation to Colorado in 2023 kept coming up as a place we felt like home. After extensive research we landed on Boulder County for the amazing access to the outdoors, sustainability efforts, inclusive communities, and educational opportunities. With the current state of the economy and housing market in Florida we weren't sure if the stars would align for us. After 60 days on the market we made a quick close with nowhere to live! We enjoyed an extra week in a Florida rental soaking up all the friend (and beach) time we could and then we hit the road/skies. Attempting not to repeat our last long road trip we decided to split up. Dad with the doodle and minivan took a 3 day drive while the kids and I took a quick direct flight. After just a week in a Boulder rental we were able to find our forever home in Lafayette, CO. Today marks one month since we moved in. We are in love with our new community!
