Styling Your Session
A session with Kristin McCue Photo includes many styling options to make the process stress-free! We begin with sizes and preferred colors for your skin tones and location. With this information I am able to use Style and Select to match your family with trendy outfits that will have you excited for your upcoming session! The outfits may come from my own client closet or will contain a direct link for purchasing online. All of this is included in your session price!
Using Style and Select
Once I know a little about each family member we choose from "Elevated Casual" style clothing or "Modern Boho" along with some colors that will best fit your location and skin tones.
Where Do The Outfits Come From?
Your email from Style and Select will contain outfits with a direct link to purchase online and/or outfits from my own personal client closet. The online clothing options come from a lot of big name box stores such as Target, H&M, Free People, Torrid, Gap, etc, as well as, smaller online boutiques that offer unique items! The options range from $10-$100 and include Maternity, Plus Size, Adult S-XL and kids ranging from 0-24 months to 14Y.
How Do I Use Your Client Closet?
Many of the women's dresses and children's clothes come from my own personal closet. I have a collection of elegant, flowy dresses in a range of sizes from XS-L and boys/girls clothing from 3M-8Y available for use. The above family only needed to dress dad. Once receiving your final style board you may find you already own something similar without requiring a purchase at all. I take care of washing and steaming all the items so you just have to show up with a smile! With the use of my pop-up tent the whole family is ready in a matter of minutes!
Does Styling Make a Difference?
Yes, yes, 100% yes! There are a handful of locations I've photographed over and over. I know what textures and tones will compliment the location and take the photos to the next level. Put your trust in me and I promise to make the process easy and fun!
